The glass bottle filling machine adopts negative pressure filling and sealed filling. The excess liquid is sucked back by the turbo pump to prevent the filling valve from dripping. When the filling valve is filled, it is sprayed into the bottle wall and spontaneously, which is better. The solution of liquid foaming can be applied to the filling of various glass bottles, such as wine, rice wine, fruit wine, beverage, soy sauce, vinegar, and other liquid filling. The filling capacity range is large, and the applicable bottle types are many and applicable. Hot-filled beverages and other liquids in glass bottles.

Precautions for the operation and use of the glass bottle filling machine:

1. Lubricant should be injected before starting each shift. For specific parts, see: Six Equipment Maintenance.

2. When the glass bottle filling machine is turned on, first adjust the speed to about 10.0hz, then put a bottle, check whether the position of the dial wheel and the wine needle, the screw and the dial wheel, and the outlet dial wheel are suitable, especially the bottle feeding The position of the dial and the wine needle.

3. Check whether the nuts are tight, especially the nuts of the two dials.

4. Turn on the vacuum pump after the glass bottle filling machine is turned on. The vacuum degree of the vacuum pump is adjusted by the vacuum tank valve. According to the production volume, adjust the valve appropriately. If the production volume is large, the valve should be closed to increase the speed of the vacuum pump; if the production volume is small, the valve should be opened to reduce the vacuum pumping speed. The strength of the air prevents the liquid from being sucked into the vacuum pump, causing the vacuum pump motor to burn out and cannot be used.

5. After operation, check whether the operation of each part of the glass bottle filling machine is normal and whether the position is accurate.
